The Identity Adjustment
The practitioner had 24 years and 65,000 patients. The old site gave none of it away.

THE BRIEF
A Sydney cosmetic dentist with 24 years of experience and over 65,000 patients. The reputation was established. The website was not. It looked promotional and generic, the kind of site that undersells the person behind it. The job: rebuild it to the standard of care the practice actually delivers.
THE PROBLEM
The old site led with discount-style banners and a baby blue palette. It read budget. For a specialist who competes on expertise and trust, that is the wrong first impression, and it was the first thing every prospective patient saw. The imagery did nothing to correct it.
THE APPROACH
I built the new identity from the practitioner himself: his background, his standard, the way the practice feels in person. Navy and gold replaced the template blue. Calligraphic detailing gave it a signature instead of a stock look. I reworked the imagery to represent the practice properly and restructured the layout so the site reads considered from the first scroll, not promotional.
THE RESULT
The practice now presents at the level it operates at. The credentials were always there. The site finally shows them.
